  • Very Good Experience! Always nervous taking cars to the dealer, but I have a hybrid and I can't afford any surprises. Arrived without an appointment for an oil change. Ariel took car of signing me up and letting me know it would be about 1:20 for oil and all points inspection. Service lounge was comfortable with water coffee and donuts and high-speed WiFi. He came to check on me and then back with printed results. Showed me the recommendations from the mechanic. Nothing major and no hard sell. I got what I came for and paid what I was told and left earlier than anticipated. I will return and do the alignment they recommend and would recommend them to my friends. Very happy with the experience!
