Super friendly customer service rep. Good location, very clean inside, good selection of phones. Customer service was snappy.
Location charged me $10 for a new 4G sim card and $15 for an "esn change fee" to transfer lines from one phone to another. I contacted Verizon wireless directly and neither is charged for at a corporate location. I suppose that as a *premium retailer* they have the right to charge whatever they please, but I was not informed it would be free at a different Verizon location.
