  • Worst car rental experience I ever had. First of all the car was very dirty inside when I picked it up. Food and used napkins was everywhere. Also I'v been double charged for been 20 min late even though I called and notified the branch that i stuck in traffic and i'v been told "it's ok". Their schedule is till 7pm but that's not true. I was suppose to return keys at 6pm, but at 6.30 Office was closed already. I called customer service line to get the issue resolved as the management was unwilling to resolve the issue so now I have no choice but to do chargeback and start a BBB complaint.
