  • ****please be careful with this company**** When we signed the contract with this company, the agent said first payment will be $50, after that will be $69 for every payment. However they charged me $79 instead of $69. I texted to the agent and they said the payment has been adjusted and will take of $10 for my next payment as a refund. However they still charged me $79 this time.Means they already over charged me $20. Then I called to the customer service, they said they only can adjust the future payment to be $69, but cannot refund me the $20. This is not right at all. Glad I saved the text message as proof. I have emailed them the message, hope I can get my refund. So please be careful when you sign the contract and better keep all the messages.
