  • My aunt and I came in for pedis and a mani. The owner charged us upfront and overcharged $5 each person thinking I wouldn't notice, but I did. I let it slide bc I've been there before and B and the other nail tech always do a good job. B did my pedi, he was great. The owner did my aunt's pedi and was horrible. It's not even the fact that she was horrible that causes this bad review, but the fact that she had attitude and rolled her eyes when my aunt would ask her to fix something. She only asked for her to get more dead skin off her heels and for her to get some nail polish that was on her skin off. Nothing crazy at all. And on top of it, she stopped the whole pedi to make us pay extra for french tip before she continued. There was another women in there looking to get services but had left bc they tried upcharging for nothing also. I should have done that too. The bathroom and spa chairs didn't work when we went in too. And she still had the nerve to upcharge. I always tip generously, but i left without tipping a cent today.
