  • My apple computer was not charging and I couldn't finish my work project. They were able to see me right away, diagnosed two issues and got it up and running on the spot! I have been to Apple stores before and this was different and so much better. They were there to really help. They gave my problem their full attention until it was solved. I felt they were serious about top of the line customer satisfaction. On top of that I felt their charge was fair. I can't recommend this place high enough! If you want tech savy personal attention, where you don't feel like you are on an automated treadmill, this is the place for you!
