  • I recently tried Uncorked for the first time. First of all the location. It's tucked way in the back between some tall buildings; if I had not been with a friend who had been there before I might not have found it. The flat I ordered was disappointing, but I tried a different wine (a blend) by the glass and it was very good. We tried a couple of the flatbreads and found both extremely good; especially the Margarita! We were there on a Friday night for happy hour and the place was deserted Not a good sign. However I would definitely go back if for nothing else than the flatbread!
