  • By far the worst management team I've experienced living in apartment homes. We were pulled in by the low prices and honestly we should have chose the more expensive route. Constant trouble with the water pipes and it seemed to be a monthly rate, spent the first two months (August-September) without air conditioning and the beginning of summer without it because it was blowing out hot air from the winter season. Our "renovated apartment" was constantly falling apart because of the cheap installation. As move out came we had turned in our 60 day noticed and had to tell the office many times that we had submitted it and still no one had put it on file. We were charged for the following months rent and they said "you are not on the system for move out" Even though they had changed our locks. We were charged $320 for the oven "not properly cleaned" and the for "renovated" bathtub paint coming off. Do not be fooled by the low prices, I'd recommend doing the extra $100 a month elsewhere.
