  • This shop is located next to the HEXX Restaurant & Bar (taking over the Sugar Factory) on the strip, in front of Paris Paris. They sell amusing merchandise, bulk candy, cold drinks, chocolates, cookies, ice cream, cupcakes, etc. Helpful employees. I came here for the housemade chocolate bars. No soy lecithin and they harvest the cocoa beans before the germ can even form. The chocolate tasting is free so have a seat at the bar (located in the back left of the store). Very limited seating tho. From your seat you can watch them making the bars as well. *~Chocolate Tasting~* Peru: Richly intense w/ delicate fruit, raisin & floral notes. 70% Tanzania: Bright w/ hints of cherry, coffee & lemon. 70% Venezuela: Plum, peaches, red fruits, vanilla, caramel, light acidity. 70% Ecuador: Well-rounded chocolate w/ almond, sweet marzipan & floral flavors. 74% Madagascar: Strong fruit flavors w/ emphasis on citrus, high acidity. 74% The two that I liked the most were the Peru & Ecuador bars. Good chocolates, just would've liked for them to have flavored bars (as in having nuts or dried fruits) as well. My all-time premium chocolate still going to be Claudio Corallo Chocolates for now.
