  • When initially dropping my dogs off for boarding memorial day weekend I was pleased. Booking was easy and the staff was friendly. The day after I brought my dogs home I noticed TICKS EVERYWHERE! Neither of my dogs have ever had ticks, fleas, anything! After giving them some sentrypro thinking maybe they came from outside I noticed them in my car on the blanket my babies laid on during the ride home. For the past few days I've been finding more and more ticks dead and alive. I've called the facility and the only answer I'm getting via email and over the phone is we'll have a manager call you. It's safe to say that I will NOT be taking my dogs to a doggy district location ever again. Especially if they 1. Never noticed during my dogs "play time" and 2. Don't pay enough attention to their facilities to keep the animals they're housing safe and healthy. Especially for paying damn near 300 dollars for this experience.
