rev:text	I'm a business traveler. This room was booked online. The rate seemed great. But there is a lot of bate and switch. For example they charge $29 a day to park your car. The give you only 2 towels. The hall way carpet is wet. (Found out the hard way when I rolled my room service cart out there. Yuck.) The balcony is out of service so I'm stuck with dry, stagnant air. (The site I booked with said it had windows that open.) And the cable box is busted open and the electronics are exposed. The restaurant downstairs is expensive. Two bottles of water, two sodas and one bottle of juice cost $13. I can get less expensive drinks at an airport. But most amazing of all... they wanted to charge me $50 per day "damage deposit." They said they would reverse the charge after my stay. I refused to let them charge $250 for my 5 day stay so they bright it down to $150. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and never had any hotel want to take more than a $50 "incidentals" hold for my entire stay. I am not some kind of animal. I travel for a living and want to be respected. Eaton Chelsea should reassess how they charge for both incidentals and parking. And be more generous with towels. As a tired traveler I expect to land soft and feel at home, not like I have to fight and pay for ever little thing. I am probably one of the easiest going travelers you ever have and you irritate me. I travel to Toronto in regular rotation. This is my first time staying at the Eaton Chelsea and my last.
