We took our daughters new to her bike in. They were the only place open Sunday near us. When I called the lady on the phone was very sweet and helpful. Upon arriving- the guy behind the counter was rude and not helpful. Told us to go to the back. In the back, the repair person stood chatting with the bike rider guy and his expensive bike about riding in hot weather over cold weather. No one said anything to us. We stood there 10 mins. Finally, the nice girl from the phone came up to try and help us. We went to sit down while she figured out what's going on. Overheard the repair guy say, he doesn't have time to change the tube today. He was rude!
Again, 10 mins we still sat waiting for someone to tell us something before the very sweet lady came back. She offered we can leave the bike and they will call me when it's done. Ok, sure.
NO ONE CALLED. I finally called at 1 today to find out it's been ready, um. I've been waiting.
The girl was the only nice person there, I won't be going back. Price was fine for the labor and tube. The tire is fixed. Nothing wrong with the work or price- but being nice is important.
