  • You won't find better quality, lean, flavorful Chorizo anywhere. Seriously the best I've had. The 50-50 is great if you like a little more heat versus the mild. The Hot is shear perfection. Long time family run business that I really don't foresee closing anytime soon like the rumors insinuate. The son of the owner is now making the chorizo and manning the meat counter. Excellent cheddar cheese and great tortillas are available as well. Just one of those little stores that you can't help but love as it takes you back to a simpler time. Super Nice Family make it a joy coming here.
