  • Toyota of Surprise has the best maintenance staff that we have ever had the pleasure to work with. Starting from the service manager Cory Oliver, the service writers Mark Castleman, Junior Solorio and the highly trained mechanic that we worked with Dell Nelson. Cory Oliver runs the department like a well oiled machine, we have seen him fill in and work when short on staff, no stranger to hard work. The waiting room is awesome, enjoy fresh brewed Starbucks Coffee or tea, donuts and bottled water, oyes forgot to mention the popcorn. If you need to go somewhere while your car is being serviced Conrad is a very pleasant individual and is ready willing and able to take you there. A very professional, friendly environment.
