  • We are looking to do a bathroom remodel and getting bids. Rebath was our first call since Home Depot referred us. We set up the appointment six days in advance for 10:00. On the day of at about 9:15 we received a call saying they were confirming the 10:30 appt. we figured it was our error. We didn't receive any other calls and a gentleman arrived at 11:10. If this is any glimpse of the future it's not a good one. Kind of like a first date. If they are over an hour late and don't call when trying to make a good impression, will they show up once the water and electricity are turned off?
