  • This is the first review I've ever left for a company and it is well warranted. I've been a customer here for a few years and have never had anything but a great experience, recently there was customer service issue that was neither the fault of myself or the employee and I took it to the owner, Chris, not too sure how to handle it. Chris handled it with absolute class and I can say confidently he is a very high character individual. This is why Chick Fil A is head and shoulders above its competitors and people like Chris allow them to separate themselves from the rest. His integrity and the work ethic of his staff is far and away the best I have experienced, and that is why they deserve 6 stars, but 5 is the maximum allowed. Keep up the good work.
