  • I have been going to Supercuts for over 12 years and this was my worst experience! A new stylist named Jackie managed to give me the worst haircut experience of my life. Right from the start she started giving me negative vibes - From "DONT PUT YOUR GLASSES ON THE TABLE". I was taken aback and I told her I have been doing this for ever and nobody told me otherwise. That may have set her off she started talking very rudely with me. After the quick and shoddy haircut (other stylists spend a better amount of time) when i removed the cape i saw a piece of hair on my upper lip and wiped it with the cape. Jackie said "Thats really gross what you did! You wiped your nose on MY CAPE!". Firstly its is not HER cape and secondly she needs to clean it anyways as its full of hair! Jackie is the worst stylist that I have experienced and I am never going back to this Supercuts again! I also sent a message to the Supercuts customer service about my experience. Stay away from Supercuts and especially Jackie!
