Stay on May 22nd 2016. Someone was given a key to our room and walked in while we were sleeping!! We were then charged twice for the room. The star is for their "promise" to comp the stay and reimburse the double charge though we still have yet to see it come through. Manager will say to you "it's taken care of" which apparently can be roughly translated to "I could care less."
Staff: be upfront and honest with customers. Gold members are called gold because they bring you business over and over. Maybe pay attention to that? What do I know. ...
