  • Have lived here for just over a year, and just signed a renewal. It's a huge complex. Staff is always busy, but responsive, and the property is nice and well maintained. Guest parking can be sparse late at night. Our 2 bedroom floorplan is huge, rooms separated. Basically two master bedrooms. We've had a few minor maintenance issues, all done in a timely manner. Charles and John are the only maintenance guys names I know but they are all helpful. The location is perfect for needing to be centrally located. The neighborhood it's in isn't great, but I'm not aware of any issues (crime, etc.) that came as a result of that. The gates do stop working every once in awhile, but they are fixed quickly. Love all the community events they've been doing the last few months, it's refreshing to live somewhere that makes that effort. Have dealt mostly with Cassandra and Dustin in the office, both are great. Looking forward to the new fitness center, as the old one was a bit run down. Overall have no real complaints, and the property seems to be getting better. Great place to live.
