The worst customer service I have ever received from a phone company in my entire life. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. The Indian manager in there is worse then the rest of the staff. I had an emergency and he was not accommodating at all. Basically told me there was nothing he could do and to just leave the store. My phone was stolen and my account Is under my deceased dads name and was told there was no way they could access the account without a death certificate. He just passed recently and death certificates aren't issued over night! I went home to get more information that I could provide for my account and when I came back tried to speak to someone else. All I wanted was to get an old phone turned on until I was sent another one. When I asked what I was supposed to do without a phone in the meantime I was told "I don't know". Really?? I've been a AT&T customer for nearly 10 years and this how I'm treated?? I cried for nearly 2 hours! Looks like T-mobile just gained another customer!
