  • You're fired! I established myself as a patient so I could be seen on an emergent basis, if need be. The need arose and I actually had to cry on the phone to get then to see me even after I told then a registered nurse said I had to been seen that morning! They said they could "squeeze me in for a really quick appointment". I was really sick, and waited an hour and a half after they told me to be there to be seen and made to feel like an inconvenience. The front staff have no idea what customer service is. I couldn't even get a call back from the office for over six hours. This place is a joke. Of you are looking for care and compassion, go somewhere else...I am.
