  • Poor Service ! I got a groupon as a gift for my wife to use at this location . She called in for an appointment few days back , clearly mentioning that she had a groupon and would like to use it . The receptionist got her name and made an appointment in their system . Today , my wife went to the store and while checking in ,again told the receptionist that she will be using groupon for payment . Again the receptionist was fine with that and says go ahead for the massage . Once the massage is over , the receptionist now says that the groupon can be used only for new customers !!! Didnt they know my wife was a returning customer when she made the appointment ! or when she checked in ! ? If they told that the groupon cannot be used while making the appointment or while checking in , my wife would not have gone ahead with the massage . What kind of deceptive practices will they run to get your business ! Worst of all , the owner/manager of the place was extremely rude and insulting to my wife , when my wife explained to the owner that their receptionist had not told that the groupon cannot be used while making the appointment . How is the employee actions not an employer responsibility ? The owner/manager said the employee will be dealt with ! Imagine that ! The owner/manager is more interested in punishing an employee than setting it right for a customer. Worst customer service and worst experience ever . Wont return .
