Patrick Burchell is our service advisor. I recently saw what I thought was a check engine light on the dashboard that concerned me. I sent Patrick an email early that morning and he contacted me back and told me to bring the car in. I had appointments that day and so when I arrived he already had a loaner car waiting.
He called me when the car was ready and advised that the thermostat had needed to be replaced - all under warranty and at no cost to me. Thanks Patrick for your prompt response and incredible customer service.
