  • I have had the pleasure of learning my SCUBA skills and earning my certifications; from my Open Water all the way through my now current cert of Divemaster with SCUBA Phil. He is an outstanding instructor and you can tell he truly cares for his students. He took his time and listened to all my questions, helped deal with any concerns and encouraged me all along the way. Since earning my Divemaster, I have been able to observe many of his and other instructor's classes and I must say, picking SCUBA Phil as your instructor, you cannot go wrong. I would highly recommend SCUBA Phil for all levels of PADI SCUBA certifications. As they say, 71% of the Earth's surface is covered by water, so if you think you might have an interest in exploring under water, SCUBA Phil is the right choice. BTW - no better place to learn to dive than Vegas. You learn here with SCUBA Phil and enjoy your vacations with your new skills!
