  • If I could give this place a -5 I would. The apt are nice but the staff is not so friendly. I am of African American decent my boyfriend and I. I went in and the manager I think her name was Tina, it was her and another lady with dark hair in the office. I came in and we were discussing prices she told me she would be right back and I heard her say we don't need anymore "black thugs" in the buildings ! Then told me nothing was free until the 1st of the year. That's funny because you have a rent now sign outside of the complex. Little does this lady know I probably make more money than her. But I go back and fourth from vegas to Chicago and looking for a apartment to rent for the year. But she has lost my business which is sad that America has to be like this. But it is okay I found something better. Thank you for the time of telling me I am a black thug.
