Got off to a rough start upgrading to iPhone 7 this week. Brought home a lemon on Monday from the McClintock store. Was on the phone for about six or seven hours with Verizon and Apple until about 830 Monday night and was ultimately told I just needed to go in and replace it. Went to the 54th street store Tuesday morning and Aaron helped me with replacement phone quickly, efficiently and pleasantly. Had some additional complications and had to go back to the store today and Charlie helped me. This took about an hour and a half restoring from iTunes on my laptop and Charlie was attentive and helpful and knowledgeable. Great and knowledgeable service.
