  • Made an appointment for a group of 7 and was told they could accommodate us and even asked me to call the morning of to confirm we were still coming (which I did). Of the 7 of us 2 were kept waiting for over an hour and I didn't even bother getting anything done by the time they were ready for me as my total time in the salon would've been nearly 3 hours. The manager/owner/man that works here and took my appointment apologized and said he didn't realize we were "in a hurry." We certainly were not "in a hurry" but generally when you make an appointment, it's expected to be honored and kept within a reasonable amount of time. I just wish smaller salons like this would be honest and upfront about whether they can accommodate large groups or whether there will be a wait of an hour or more. Very frustrating.
