  • I used my Groupon today for an interior+exterior clean-up. First off, they told me that the offer did not include the cleaning of the cupholders and windows from the inside. After 2 hrs, when I picked up the car, I discovered that they do not clean the carpet or the seats very well either. I'd have been better off washing the exterior at a gas-station car-wash and running a quick vacuum at home! The lady at the desk was very well-mannered but that didn't clean my car. So, I think they need to improve the cleaning and earn their stars. After I use my groupon (I have 2 more clean-ups available), I will NOT be going back there again.
