  • The ordering system is a little much at first; I recommend going with someone who has been there so they can help you along. The staff behind the counter was friendly and offered to answer any questions I had. There is an older fella (owner maybe?) who seemed a tad overbearing in terms of making sure customers were doing what they need to and going where the need to. I appreciated his direction, but he came off a little high strung. I ordered the smoked pork belly special. It was tasty; excellent texture, nice mix of crunch and soft, gelatinous fatty goodness. Nice flavor, subtle smokiness and pretty salty. The potato side was forgettable, but the cabbage side was awesome. Great sweet/savory mix, with little crunchy pork bits throughout. Yum.
