  • Way back when this was the only place to go for great bbq. Unfortunately it seems success has gone to their heads. For yhe 2nd time in a row they forgot to put items i had ordered in the bags. At 70 bucks a pop per trip feeding me and my kids, I would expect a bit more quality control on their part especially when its not even busy. I called to complain and all they could tell me is "we left a note by the register, come get them when you come in next and u wont be charged". SO SORRY ITS MY FAULT YOU FORGOT MY ITEMS I PAID FOR! Im done with this place. For those hankerin for bbq try it once you wont be disappointed, but as a repeat customer thats all you ever will be....disappointed.
