  • When I signed in I was told it would be just a minute and they would get to my pedicure. One hour later and my feet were still soaking, in what was now ice cold water. When she finally came over to do my pedicure she didn't listen to a word I said and kept trying to get me to spend more on my pedicure. I told her not to clip my toes as I had already done this before going in and she still did! I told her to go harder on my feet while massaging and she still didn't listen. My 5 year old uses more pressure than her! Not to mention there is NO lock on the bathroom door... how is this acceptable?! When I finally went to pay she tried telling me how much to tip her. Ummm, That's not how this works. I ended up leaving without tipping her at all. Worst service of my life. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.
