We have a confirmed warranty issue with our Durango & CANNOT get anyone to call us back to schedule the repair. I have left 5 voice mail messages to the service writer who handles their warranties. I spoke w/ a young woman over the phone who PROMISED to call me back but still havent heard anything. Today there is no answer in the service dept. & the crappy hold music makes it even more frustrating. I've just been told there are no managers available but the first available will call me back. Lol.
This is not my first incident with this dealership so I can base the 1 star I gave them off of past experiences.
I was told there is a staff shortage causing some problems but maybe the issue is a poor dealership that no one wants to work at?
