  • So over the years I have had lots of phones with different carriers. So far T mobile is by far the best. Went in today to look at some new phones with a pretty good idea of what I wanted but was open to input. Anneth was the T mobile associate that helped my wife and I. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She first walked me through my account and went over all the choices. I went buying the phone outright vs finance. I was considering the Samsung s 8 plus but asked for some other phones I could compare. She suggested the LG vg20. I tried both asked lots of questions, she answered them all and gave honest answers. After chatting more with her and the wife I chose the lg. Anneth helped us check out and set up the phone, she went through everything and got me through the basics. So all in all , if you are unhappy with your phone or service provider I recommend T-Mobile and this store especially if Anneth is there!
