The people there are generally helpful, but I have had a real problem getting them to fix some problem with my account. I needed to send in a picture of my photo ID, which I did, but I still have the hold. The person who is supposed to deal with this problem has not answered her phone, and when she called back (after several days) she just left a message saying she called. She also hasn't responded to e-mail. It's very frustrating and has delayed me enrolling for two weeks. And it's a real shame because everyone else I've dealt with here has been great.
