  • I have dined at the Old Fashioned more times than I can count. The food is always delicious and they have a fantastic beer craft beer menu. Most nights if you are looking for dinner the place is packed and you can expect a wait. If you are looking for more of a relaxed atmosphere, I would recommend going for lunch if you are in the downtown area. The reason why I did not give them 5 star review is because of the following. It is VERY loud in the restaurant and makes it kind of difficult to have a conversation. On a busy night, you are seated very close to other tables, which again makes it even harder to have a conversation. If you are waiting for your seat, you typically have to squeeze your way up to the bar (mind you they have 2 bars in this restaurant and both are packed). If you are not seated at the bar you feel like you are in the way of the servers or standing too close to people dining at a table. With all that said above, I still would recommend The Old Fashioned to anyone looking for great food, and good beer.
