Yes park over either at Palazzo or the Venetian and walk over here!
I don't know why some of the reviewers said the trek was long, it isn't.
If you're walking on the show floor anyways, the walk from parking to the exhibits was no longer than 12 minutes for me. I came here on CES, and that was with some crowd times.
As for the convention center itself, there are bathrooms outside. I didn't check if there was any on the inside. The size itself of the convention is probably close to that of North Hall at the LV convention center. So I would say it's fairly large, you can get through all the exhibitors in a day if you plan it correctly.
During #CES2015 , most of the wearabe companies like Fitbit were here. Also a lot of the smaller companies was also here. This was pretty much the place to be if you want to see something different for CES this year. From 3D food model makers to getting free massages, who doesn't love that? I got to see PicoBrew (home brew machine) here and talk to one of the reps. Who doesn't love to brew their own beer? I just need to borrow $1,800. Anyone?
