  • I pay for an upgraded unit which isn't upgraded. They say it's upgraded because of the door handle and cupboard handles and they had to paint. That should be Standart procedure anyways. Also I came home from work and this big rat is in my place and I'm wondering how in the hell that big damn rat get in here. I see Maintenance walking even though I called it in and they come up stairs and tell me the rat went through the hole by the sink drain. Remember I am on the 2nd level not first so that tells me rats are in the walls and if they know the sink drains have holes why aren't they fixing it and pest control aren't putting shit in the walls to catch them. This is BS because I'm paying for comfort not to kick it with rats. I don't like cats buy I'm thinking about getting one now. This place is to laxed.
