  • I made an appointment. The gal called to confirm. Then I got an email reminder. Someone went in and changed my appt time to later, so I waited a while. Then the admin comes to tell me it will be another 30 wait. I asked to be dropped from the club, and walked out. This is so unprofessional. It's like the place is run by scatter brained staff. Won't go back.
