  • I called at 3:30pm to schedule an appointment. Got the answering machine... after several rings. I left a detailed for a call back. No call. Waited two days and recalled. I called at 2pm. Got a receptionist who put me on hold. No one picked up after 15 minutes. I am done. I think the Doctors need to know they are losing business due to the unprofessional front office staff. Maybe a Doctor will read this and take note. I am taking my business elsewhere!
