  • Update: it's been 4 months since i first started working with Moxie. Still super polite. They call a few days ahead to let you know they're coming. They email. Then on the day, they send a text with the window of time and it's about a 30 minute window. Never late. Derek came this time and he was very courteous. Also, i once had them come in between service dates because i saw a bug in the lawn and they came as part of the warranty for free and did the inside and outside of the house. Very easy to work with. Moxie is great.
