  • I had a completely different experience than the other reviewers. I stopped here on a sunny cold Saturday morning. I was looking for a full service (inside and out) car wash. I thought the $15 ultimate wash, surely would include full service, it did not, also no hand dry. I exited the car wash feeling good, after all of the different colored rinses and washes. I left the car wash and went directly across the street to Costco. I exited the driver's side of my car and all looked ok, as I rounded the back of the vehicle, not so great, back window and bumper were still dirty and then as I approached the passenger side, the entire side was still dirty, as if it had never been washed. I went back to the car wash, explained to the attendant, my issue. He took a look and agreed, but mentioned that it was probably salt dust as I exited the wash....NOT! Anyway, I proceeded back through the wash and then headed home, because surely after being washed a second time, all must be clean.....right? I exited my car at home and the passenger side still looked exactly the same AND my license plate frame was broken and the actual plate was bent. Needless to say I will not return....
