  • Good grief. Slow service -- and I'm at the bar! Food took forever to get...everyone apologized. It was halfway cold when they brought it out. Then they charged me full amount! Disinterested manager...and a horrible experience. Why be a Chairman player when you get treated like this? Major fail. I will go to Hank's where they know how to treat customers.
