  • This place keeps on getting better as they seem to be trying and maybe listening to what I am saying here. Tonight was a little better at four stars as I did give them two and three before, but finally the instructor clicked in and stated happiness is not what you have it comes from within. Good Job Katie..... That was the three star upgrade and tonight Autumn was very good with her instructions almost to good to let me think why is there so much instruction here. Loved it. The dude that was grunting or breathing in exhaustion rather than flow was there again, but Autumn was very good at explaining the breath technique without getting in to PRANA, good job, but he still didn't get it. All we can do is help I guess, and I feel he is not sure how to breath yet in a yoga session. He seems to present much ego and trying to impress the females. I don't blame them as they are pretty hot, but hey we are here to do yoga, go to a bar for that! That was clearly a much better flow and experience for me. Receptionist remembered my name and students are getting to be familiar. Looks like some double dippers on the unlimited program are taking advantage of this place, Nice work Yoga Unlimited, in a place where Yoga is so rare, you have given me a place I might be able to call my yoga home. I guess the only challenge I have is to say, going from one pose to another should be a natural progression and that is hard but this is as close as it's gotten here to perfect. I mean does perfect really exits, not in the yoga philosophy, so this was great. Keep it up. Yea, yoga was good today as you know every day is different, if you fall down get back up and if you sense failure, look at what you have learned, this is from the class as Autumn really was good today, Nicely done for a young instructor, she had the right attitude and I look forward to my next class with her.
