  • Let me start off by saying I am extremely picky when it comes to veterinarians. I have been to probably a dozen in the valley in the 4.5 years I have lived out here. Like doctors or mechanics, it is hard to find someone you can put your trust in, and first impressions are everything. My other vet couldn't see me on an urgent matter without charging me a $100 emergency visit. I called this office in the morning and they were able to get me in early afternoon. I arrived probably 15-20 minutes before my appt. I thought I was going to hit traffic, and arrived a little too early. They called me back to a room right away? What? That never happens. I started to fill out the paperwork and within five mins the vet tech comes in. Shortly after, Dr Wright came in (even before my appt actually started). Did a thorough exam and a prompt diagnosis. I felt like there prices were very reasonable (not sure about bloodwork or X-rays since I didn't have those done). Everyone I encountered at the office was very polite. It's the little things that matter. The front desk, tech, and vet all offered us water or coffee while we're waiting. We received a welcome card in the mail and a follow up phone call the following day. All these things I really appreciate. The following week, I switched over my UnitedPetCare that I have through my work. Thank you Dr Wright and staff! -Derek S (7/19/16)
