  • Been going here for years. Customer service has gone downhill. The young man and young woman (brother/sister?) are inexperienced in dealing with people and it shows...not friendly whatsoever. Ive been there recently, standing at the window, and the young man just stood in there, no acknowledgment...he wasn't dishing custard, nothing. Just leaning back on a counter. Another time, I paid with a card. The young woman wanted to argue that it was a debit card because the machine was asking for a pin. It was a major credit card. I don't know what my pin is for that. I had to then use my debit card (with a pin) for their card machine! I've never heard of using a pin on a credit card!!! I can't knock the custard, it's great...I gave 3 stars for customer service.
