I bought a bronze tone sling 'conversation/lounge' set several years ago at the (now closed) Chandler store. The chairs periodically get new slings, but this time needed replacement end caps too, as the original brown ones were crumbling. They're easy to find - in black or in white, but no brown to be found! I left a voicemail requesting help on the customer service line but didn't 'hold my breath'. To my surprise and immense delight, Scott Allen returned my call, took my updated customer info, and assured me the parts I needed would be promptly sent to me.
