  • Ah yes. My sweetie and I drove around Tennessee and the Carolinas this year for our vacation and just loved it. I am just now pasting all our mementos into our vacation scrap book and I ran across the receipt from our dinner at the Global. It was a wonderful dinner so expertly and creatively prepared and was one of the many highlights of our trip. Chef Bernard Brunet came out and talked with us about our meal, and I really liked that. We are a couple of foodies from the west coast and were so happy to find this place. Loved it!
