Totally love the estheticians, but the front desk manager is something else. Tried walking in yesterday 6/27,about 1:45 pm. Lobby was full of people, which I assumed were clients. Before I could plant one foot in the door and even open my mouth, the manager rudely stated they were closed and having a meeting till 2:30 pm. Why would you hold a meeting in the front of the store during store hours in full view of the public and not lock the doors and put up a big sign? In fact, why not hold a meeting before the store opened or after hours? Tried again today, and told the same manager that I had been shocked by her response and attitude the day before, and she simply stated she was sorry. I told her she could make it up to me with a free wax, she stared at me blankly and uncomprehending! They honestly believe that giving them your money is a privilege which requires no understanding or customer service on their part!
