  • SCAM!! They billed my husband for a deep cleaning they never even did!! Ranch: I wish I could give zero or even negative stars for this horrific place. I'm going to say it: this place is a straight up scam. Seems nice at first but then they get super creepy. Beware of hidden charges everywhere. My husband (33 yrs old) went in for the first time on 10/26 and per their diagnosis he needed two extractions and implants to replace them and was told it would be $17k to do it. The place is sketchy as hell and they sucked us into buying some stupid $100+ bottle of Argentyn 23; which btw is really only for ppl with low immune systems and even then there's really no need for it. I will never use this crap and I still have the unopened bottle bc I'm not sure I can safely (or legally) dump the whole thing down the drain and they refused to take it back. The bottom line is go somewhere that cares about patients not profit. Hidden Valley Ranch: Suddenly we owe them $224 bc they can't properly process insurance. Appointment was 10/26/17 and they didn't file until 1/4/18!! These ppl lie, cheat, and steal from their patients. Check your statements. They billed my husband for a deep cleaning they never even did!! Insurance fraud anyone? Yeah. Here we go. All I'm saying is look for another dentist bc he didn't even need extractions. A root canal and a good crown and he's all good today for way less than $17k and some fake teeth.
