  • This shop is the the most unprofessional shop I've ever done business with! I talked to them over the phone and setup for my wife to go buy the "ALL TERRAIN"tires the sales guy set me up with and when my wife brought them home ( I was at work) they were completely different ( they were H/T) tires from what I was told I was purchasing. So I called them and they said it was my fault and the only solution to this they said was for me to pay the difference because their computer system won't allow them to do anything and the manager said he's not the owner so he can't do anything about their mistake!?! I'm in sales and if a mistake is made on our part we correct it, we do not charge people for our mistakes! They also tried selling my wife new lug nuts and shocks! I do not recommend this dishonest company at all! Complete rip off!!
